DELIVERY TIMES

Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order. Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays).
Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.

Estimated delivery time:
Europe: 5 – 12 business days
USA, Australia: 14 – 28 business days
Rest of the world: 5 + weeks
Please take note that the buyer is responsible for any customs charges and import fees incurred by their destination country.

 

Items are shipped after processing (1-3 business days) using Austrian Post.

 

VAT CHARGES

United Kingdom: 20% VAT paid at checkout.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES DETERMINED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY, ORDER VALUE AND CONTENTS.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRODUCT PRICES AND/OR SHIPPING COST. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED OR SHOWN AT CHECKOUT. TO DETERMINE THESE COSTS PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS OFFICE PRIOR TO PURCHASING. THESE ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY BEFORE OR UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

 

Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your order, please contact us at info@noctuarte.com, to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defects
